News Update

 Comet 2022 E3 (ZTF)

This is a news update for all the amateur astronomers out there.

A greenish comet will be making its closest pass to Earth on 1 February.

Scientists at NASA predict that it may be visible to the naked eye in clear, dark skies. This comet was last seen on Earth 50,000 years ago when the Nenderthals still roamed the Earth. This will be the last time this comet will be seen from the Earth. It is visible in the pre dawn hours just before sunrise everywhere in the northern hemisphere.

So everyone grab your astronomy equipment and get ready to view this green wonder.
