The farthest planet discovered by the unaided human eye is Saturn. The planet is named after the Roman god of architecture and wealth, who is also known as the father of jupiter.

Saturn is the 6th planet in our Solar System. It is a gas giant. It is the second biggest planet in our solar system. Since the planet is mostly composed of gas, there is no true surface you could stand on. Secondly, the temperature on the planet is extremely cold and it would definitely never support life.

All gas giants have rings, but Saturn's rings are the only ones visible to us from earth. Saturn has beautiful rings that are clearly visible, unlike other gas giants. Well, most of you might think that these rings are large connected structures. But in reality, they are just billions of chunks of ice, small rocks, and dust particles.
